Overview
Versa Drives designs and manufactures custom motor–drive electronics for OEMs, built on modular platforms for ACIM, PMSM and BLDC motors from about 20 W to 10 kW. This page groups our work into key application segments where our platforms are already proven, and highlights adjacent applications where we routinely adapt these platforms for new products.

EV & Mobility Controls
Motor controllers for electric 2- and 3-wheelers, pallet trucks and on-board hydraulic power packs based on PMSM / BLDC platforms in the 2–4 kW range, typically at 48–72 V DC, with automotive-style protections and AIS-004 oriented design.

Even when there is no dedicated product page, Versa Drives regularly adapts its platforms for adjacent applications in appliances and machinery. Typical examples include:
- Washing machine and laundry appliance drives – BLDC / PMSM or high-efficiency ACIM motor controllers for front-load and top-load washing machines, washer-extractors and other laundry equipment, with speed profiles for wash, rinse and spin cycles.
- Small appliance motor controllers – compact drives for mixers, blowers, small compressors, kitchen appliances and similar products where noise, efficiency and speed controllability are important.
- Textile and process-machine drives – application-specific ACIM and PMSM drives for small textile machines, feeders, winders and process modules that need accurate speed control and soft starting.
- Special machines and test rigs – custom motor-drive solutions for low-volume industrial machines, laboratory equipment and endurance test rigs, built by configuring firmware and hardware options from our standard platforms.
These adjacent applications are typically implemented as custom OEM projects using our existing ACIM, PMSM and BLDC platforms, so development effort is focused on mechanical integration, firmware tuning and any application-specific interfaces rather than starting from a blank sheet.
