The drive conducts real time monitoring of pump parameters like speed, pressure and torque and maintains uniform flow for a prolonged period. Using the drive, different pumping actions including high speed pumping and low speed pumping can be achieved. Through our drive we offer built-in protection like thermal, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and overload protection to your diaphragm pumps. In order to regulate fluid flow, our drive is designed using the appropriate control algorithm for the motor with which it is implemented. Moreover, the power factor control enables high efficiency of diaphragm pumps by keeping the power factor close to one and allowing maximum power utilization. Our drive is compatible with motors like AC Induction motors, Permanent Magnet Synchronous motors and Brushless DC motors.
